1. Installation and Positioning

• Floor Conditions: The floor where the assembly will take place must be completely flat and dry. Ensuring the product's balance is critical for the lifespan of the frame.
• Professional Assembly: The initial installation of your furniture must be carried out by our expert assembly personnel. Incorrect individual installations may void the product's warranty.
• Heat and Light Factors: Direct sunlight can cause fading on fabric, leather, and wooden surfaces over time. Products must be placed at least 50 cm away from direct heat sources such as radiators, stoves, or fireplaces. They must strictly be protected from high heat and combustible materials.

2. General Usage Warnings

• Physical Impacts: The armrests of sofas, couches, and armchairs are not designed for sitting. Excessive weight applied to these areas can damage the frame structure and seams.
• Chemical Contact: Keep your furniture away from any acidic, abrasive, and solvent chemical liquids. In the event of a liquid spill, immediately dry the surface with gentle dabbing motions (without rubbing).

3. Cleaning and Care by Material

Upholstered Products (Fabric and Velvet)

For the daily cleaning of your sofas and couches, use the special delicate attachments of vacuum cleaners or soft-bristled dusting brushes. When treating stains, bleach-free cleaners specifically formulated for furniture should be preferred, and soaking with excessive water must be avoided.

Leather Upholstery

Leather surfaces are naturally extra durable but require proper care. You can use a clean, soft sponge or towel for cleaning. Gently wipe the surface with a damp cloth containing a few drops of dish soap or glycerin soap, and make sure to dry it completely afterward.

Wooden and Polished Surfaces
